-WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards from Visa, Master Card, and American Express.  We also accept PayPal and AmazonPay.

-WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT GUARANTEE?

We guarantee that your Lexi Miller cycling apparel can stand up to your hard work. If you encounter a sudden loss of quality, contact us at orders@leximiller.com and we will replace or repair your garment at no cost to you. Normal wear and tear, and damage from the hopefully very unlikely event of a crash cannot be covered.

-HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR YOUR GARMENTS?

We recommend that you wash everything in cold water with like colors, and lay flat to dry for best results and longevity. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.

-WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

While we want you to be as in love with our clothes as we are, we understand if that is not the case. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of goods. Items must be clean. To initiate a return, select Returns from our homepage. Look up your order and select items to return. Then, you can print a prepaid label to ship the order back and we will deduct $10 from your refund. Or you can ship via a courier of your choice to Lexi Miller, PO Box 472225, San Francisco CA 94147. We will process your return within 14 days of receipt, and an email confirmation will let you know that your return/exchange has been processed. If merchandise is not available for exchange, we will reimburse you. We do not refund initial shipping costs. -DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes! Currently we ship to Canada, the UK, and Europe. However please note: customers are responsible for any customs, tariffs or duties applied by their country and such fees will be billed by the carrier to the customer.

-HOW DO YOUR CLOTHES FIT?

We use numerical sizing, you know, like your real clothes, as opposed to ambiguous small, medium, large etc.  Each product page has a size chart right underneath the product title.  Still not sure?  Text us!  844-439-5394.  Really!

We are proud to say that all of our garments are designed and made right here in the San Francisco Bay Area. We source only the finest performance textiles, which come from Italy, Switzerland, and France.

-WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
